DHI Communities has bought 34 acres in Wesley Chapel for an $80 million multifamily project called Grove West. The parcel is adjacent to a large retail center, The Grove at Wesley Chapel. The parcel is zoned for 82 townhouses & 330 apartments. Construction will begin next month and the project should be ready by next year. The seller of the property was Second Base Holdings.
