The groundbreaking for Renata at Lakewood Ranch (which will be one of the largest apartment communities in Tampa Bay) happened this week. Renata will build 502 apartments on a 37 acre parcel & the opening is planned for 2024. The development team includes Ryan Cos, PGIM Real Estate & ParkSprings Development. Renata will be located at 12125 Rangeland Parkway.
