In 2023 KW Commercial Tampa Bay generated over $70 million in production with sales transactions of $58 million and leasing transactions of $14 million. While focused on the St. Petersburg market, KW Commercial Tampa Bay is the commercial arm of the Keller Williams Impact Group which operates several real estate offices in both Pinellas and Hillsborough counties.
