Bainbridge Cos. has sold the Bainbridge Bayside apartments for $104 million to Cortland. The new owners have renamed the 360 unit facility Cortland Bayside. The complex is only a year old and has many other amenities in addition to views of Tampa Bay. The sale comes to a staggering $289,000 per unit. The facility is located at 19355 U.S. Highway 19 N. in Clearwater.
