Silver Sands bought a property at 900 Central Ave. last year for $6 million and plans a 12 story facility including residential units, retail, and parking. 209 residential units (probably apartments) are augmented by 13,300 sq ft of retail space and 175 parking spots. The existing building on the site dates to 1918 but is not designated as a historic building. The timeline for the project has not yet been released.
