Backstreets Capital & DDA Development are creating a 204-unit apartment complex called Sixty90 near the headquarters of the Sembler Company and Wittner Centre. The apartments range from 700 to 1,450 sq ft, with half the apartments being 2 bedroom 2 bath units of 1,052 sq ft. The land for Sixty90 was purchased earlier this month for $5.6 million. DDA Development is led by Arnold & John Schilling and Backstreets Capital is led by Will Conroy and Craig Sher.
