Kolter Group’s 35-story condo project, Saltaire, has broken ground in downtown St. Pete. The $250 million project will contain 192 condos and about 10,000 square feet of retail space. The project will take about 30 months to build and prices will start at $850,000. When complete, the building will be the 2nd tallest in St. Pete.
