St. Pete based Stoneweg US has bought two St. Pete properties for a total of $15 million where they will develop workforce housing. Each of the properties are about 15 acres. One is currently the Coquina Key Shopping Plaza and the other is adjacent to Lake Maggiore. Last year Stoneweg bought the Trellis on the Lakes apartment community here in St. Pete.
