Priam Properties has bought the First Park At Brandon for $16 million. The facility is a 130,000 sq ft business park on a 14 acre parcel. It’s located at the intersection of Causeway Blvd. & Falkenburg Road. The business park is located at 2700 Falkenburg Road and is 20 years old.
