Cross Lake Partners & Greenpoint Holdings have formed a joint venture to develop a 300 unit apartment complex in the Belmont master-planned community. Belmont is located in southern Hillsborough County about 5 miles east of Apollo Beach. The apartments will sit on a 15 acre parcel & should be ready in 2023. About $50 million in debt and equity financing has already been arranged.
