Belpointe’s large apartment project for the EDGE district has been approved. The project will include 254 apartments in two 15 story towers and is valued at $70 million. In addition to the apartments, the project includes a large parking garage and 21,000 sq ft of retail space. The 1.6 acre parcel is inside an opportunity zone that offers tax advantages to the developer.
