3,400 acres in southeast Pasco County was purchased for $70 million by Tampa’s Eisenhower Property Group. The property will become the Two Rivers master-planned community: over 6,000 residences, 1,300,000 sq ft office, 1,300,000 sq ft industrial and 670,000 sq ft retail.
