Howie D of the Backstreet Boys is developing a $35 million luxury condo project on Cocoa Beach. Called The Surf, the project will include 25 units ranging from $800,000 to $2.2 million. The spacious condos are all at least 1,800 square feet. The Surf will feature 11 foot ceiling heights, a second floor pool, and many other amenities. The project is being managed by Howie D’s Dorough Brothers Development & Consulting firm and is scheduled to break ground in September.
