BMF IV FL Viera Bayside has bought the Viera Bayside Apartments for $31 million. The seller was a group headed up by FREG Bayside Assoc. Viera Bayside was built in 1986 and is comprised of two buildings with a total of 208 units. The purchase price works out to $149,000 per unit.
