The 372 unit Mabry Manor apartments have been sold for $43 million. The buyer was the TLR Group & the seller was RADCO. Located on N. MacDill Ave. in Tampa, the complex consists of 21 buildings on a 20 acre site and was built in 1984. The sale comes out to about $116,000 per unit.
