Feldman Equities has announced they’re recapitalizing St. Pete’s First Central Tower (known as the BB&T building). The 17 story class A building offers 250,000 square feet of space and is 95% leased. Feldman is working with CrowdStreet on the raise. There’s a $25,000 minimum investment and it’s open to accredited investors only. Feldman Equities has previously crowdfunded two other class A office buildings.
