Lakeland Central Park will break ground next week. The 730 acre project will include industrial space (2 million sq ft initially & 5 million when fully developed) & 500,000 sq ft of retail, commercial, & multifamily space. Development costs for the entire project are expected to top $400 million. The project is located near the corporate headquarters for Publix & the project is being developed by Silverpeak Real Estate Partners & Parkway Inc.
