Blue Steel sold an industrial building in Lakeland to Bobeck Real Estate for $15 million. The logistics building is 222,000 sq ft and features a 32 foot ceiling. The 20 acre property is located at 5275 Drane Field Road. To date Blue Steel has sold about 2.5 million square feet of industrial space in the area.
