Priam Properties has bought the First Park At Brandon business park for $16 million. The 130,000 sq ft business park is 20 years old and sits on a 14 acre parcel. First Park is located at the intersection of Causeway Blvd. & Falkenburg Road (2700 Falkenburg Road, Riverview, FL 33578).
