City Furniture is working on a huge development in Plant City that will create up to 500 new jobs. City Furniture has already bought 111 acres of land for $7.5 million in support of the 1 million square foot development. The project will include 800,000 sq ft of distribution space, 209,000 sq ft of retail space, and 45,000 sq ft of office space. The facilities will be located on the northeastern edge of Plant City.
