A Tampa software firm, ConnectWise, has signed a 66,000 sq ft lease in downtown Tampa at Park Tower. The lease involves five floors of the building and includes ground floor retail space. The deal includes an option that could increase ConnectWise space to 73,000 sq ft. ConnectWise had been located in Tampa’s Westshore and the new lease represents about a third more space than their previous location. Park Tower is at the corner of Kennedy Blvd, & Tampa Street (400 N. Tampa Street).
