The 18-story Reflection condo next to Mirror Lake has begun construction. Plans call for the 88 luxury residences to be ready for occupancy by the end of 2023. The developer is HP Capital led by Fred Hemmer. The project is being supported by KW Developer Services led by Jon Wittner. The purchase of the property was brokered by KW Commercial agents Jon LaBudde, Jon Wittner and Jake Wollman; the three agents who also brokered the $20+ million Sundial sale along with Joe Esposito in February. Reflection will feature a huge rooftop amenity deck with a pool, fitness facilities, and clubroom. Over 60% of the condos are already under contract thanks to the sales team of Rachael Manzanares, Michelle Menke Fife, and Amber Bennett of Keller Williams.
