Daniel Corp. is moving forward with an $80 million, 19 story, apartment tower in Tampa’s Channel District. Brasfield & Gorrie will be the general contractor. Daniel Corp. just closed on the 1.55 acre site for $6.4 million. The project will contain 324 apartments and should be completed by 2022.
