Woodfield Development is planning to build a 328 unit apartment community in Tampa’s Westshore area. The facility will provide 328 apartments and an eight story parking garage. The office buildings at 5420 Bay Center Drive & 5415 Mariner St. are rather old and would be removed to clear the site. Woodfield will be submitting rezoning requests with the city soon.
