St. Pete Rising posted a great article about the redevelopment of two major properties in downtown St. Pete. One at Central Avenue & 4th Street and one at 2nd Avenue North and 4th Street. One of the properties is presently the Municipal Services Center (MSC) for the City of St. Petersburg. There are four teams competing for the project: Feldman Equities and Property Markets Group (PMG), Third Lake Partners and Echelon, Blake Investment Partners, and the Allen Morris Company.
