1754 Properties & Triangle Capital Group bought Tampa’s Floridian Palace Hotel. The 19 story 212 room hotel opened in 1927. The building was Tampa’s tallest for about 40 years. The hotel is located in downtown Tampa at 905 N. Florida Ave.
