Katz Capital Management has purchased the four story office building at Wittner Center for $4.5 million. The 33,000 sq ft building is located at 5999 Central Avenue in St. Pete. The price works out to $136 per sq ft. The seller was Anchor Property & Casualty Ins. Anchor still owns the other half of Wittner Center which is a two story building.
