Hillsborough County officials are seeking proposals to redevelop the north Tampa property where the Museum of Science and Industry (MOSI) is located. The 74 acre property is located near USF at the intersection of Fowler and N. 50th street. The intent is to create a mixed use development. The government wants a master developer for the parcel. The buildings that currently house MOSI represent a very small fraction of the total parcel.
