Tampa’s Perry Paint & Glass Building sold for $8 million. The historic building dates to the 1920s and is a 35,000 sq ft five story structure. The seller was Arcis Investments and the buyers were Punit Shah, Santosh Govindaraju and Nick Sachdev. The building is near Water Street Tampa’s next phase and is located at 109 N. Brush Street.
