Heritage Insurance just leased an entire 8 story office building of 89,000 sq ft in Tampa’s Westshore area. The firm is moving its headquarters from Clearwater to Tampa. About 700 employees may eventually be working at the headquarters, the current staff of Heritage is about 600. The building was built in the 1970s. Heritage is taking an equity stake in the property. The building is located at 1401 N. Westshore Blvd. & is owned by Ally Capital.
