They paid $66 million for Circa at Fishhawk Ranch (260 units at @255,000 per), Bradenton Reserve cost $30 million (166 units at $182,000 per), Gordon River cost $18 million (95 units at $184,000 per), and Causeway Commons Land Site cost $5 million (14 acres zoned for up to 460 units).
