KForce just sold their 128,000 sq ft headquarters in Tampa’s Ybor City for $24 million. The deal included an adjacent 2.6 acre lot and a parking garage. KForce’s lease runs through mid 2023. The buyer was Alliant Partners Development. The property is located at 1901 N. Nebraska Ave. KForce sold the building because they feel they can operate using less space in the future.
