Knott Realty sold a 140,000 sq ft warehouse in Lakeland to INDUS Realty Trust for $18 million. The fully occupied warehouse was built in 2008 and sits on a 9.5 acre parcel. The warehouse is at the intersection of I4 & 582 in Lakeland at 2850 Interstate Drive. Industrial space, particularly on the I4 corridor, remains one of the hottest sectors in commercial real estate.
