The 37,000 sq ft Largo Town Square shopping center sold for $8.4 million. The center was built in 1986 and sits on a 3.7 acre parcel. The center is 91% leased with Outback Steakhouse as the lead tenant. The seller was Cantor Fund Management and the buyer was Shannon Waltchack.
