A portfolio of six warehouses totaling 3.5 million sq ft were just sold for $272 million. Four of the properties are located in central Florida and comprise about 2 million sq ft. The properties are the County Line Logistics Center in Plant City, Park 27 in Davenport, 27 Logistics Park in Davenport, and the I-4 Commerce Center in Lake Mary. The other 2 properties were located in Georgia & North Carolina. The buyer was Nuveen Global Investments & the sellers were McCraney Property & Northwestern Mutual. The sale is the largest industrial portfolio transaction in the Southeast this year.
