Moffitt Cancer Center submitted a proposal to the city for a 4.5 acre lot at 1st Ave. S. & 8th Street. Now five major developers have submitted counter proposals: Apogee Real Estate Partners, Mill Creek Residential, Porter Development, Related Group & Trammell Crow Residential.
