General Services bought 90% of the condo units in Gull Harbor in North Reddington Beach for $55 million. The sale includes 263 units in the complex and works out to $232,000 per unit. The seller, InvestRes, has been operating the condos as apartments for some time. The units are 1-3 bedrooms and currently rent for $1,350 to $1,886 per month. The complex features many amenities including clubhouse, fitness center, library, and THE BEACH! While Gull Harbor is not a new facility, the units and many of the amenities have been remodeled.
