Industrious has just signed a huge lease at St. Pete’s 200 Central office building. The lease encompasses 37,000 square feet on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors of St. Pete’s tallest office building. Industrious plans to open there early next year. Industrious is one of the nation’s largest co-working firms with over 100 locations in 50 of America’s leading cities.
