Pfizer has signed a lease for 105,000 sq ft of office space in Tampa’s Heights Union building at the northern edge of downtown Tampa. The lease brings the 300,000 sq ft Heights Union building to almost 100% occupancy. Construction of the Heights Union wrapped up this summer and the building’s other major tenant is a medical tech company called AxoGen. The Heights Union building developers are SoHo Capital and the TPA Group. The building is located at 2004 N. Tampa St.
