128,000 sq ft industrial building in Pinellas Park that served as the headquarters of Davidoff of Geneva just sold for $15.6 million. The deal was part of a larger transaction for a 47 property portfolio that sold for $800 million. The Davidoff building was built on 1997 and sits on a five acre lot. The building features 26′ clear height ceilings and includes 10,000 sq ft of office space. Located at 3001 Gateway Centre Parkway, the facility is less than a half hour from Tampa Airport.
