A property of 5.5 acres in Tampa’s Beach Park sold for $16 million. The new owner, DODO Investments, plans to remove the office buildings currently on site and replace them with 87 upscale townhomes. The seller was Wisco 7 and the property is located at 200 S. Hoover Blvd.
