Tricera Capital has bought substantial space on the ground floor of St. Pete’s Icon Central building. Tricera bought the space for $11 million from Mcreif Subreit. Icon houses 368 apartments units and 38,000 sq ft of retail space. Tricera bought 35,000 sq ft of space in the building. Icon is located at 855 Central Ave.
