The developers of 400 Central have put the hotel component of the project on hold and will instead double the office space in the project. The office space of 45,000 sq ft will be in the shorter tower of the complex. Most of the project will continue to be focused on 300 luxury condo units. 400 Central will also offer 25,000 sq ft of restaurant and retail space. The project is being developed by the Red Apple Group, with construction slated to begin later this year.
