ATTOM Data Solutions has released a report that indicates that the housing market of Tampa Bay counties is among those least vulnerable to the economic effects of the Coronavirus. Of all our counties, Pinellas County was deemed the least vulnerable and Hillsborough the 3rd least vulnerable. While Polk & Hernando counties did not fare so well in the analysis, the news is good overall given that Pinellas & Hillsborough are our main population centers.
