A Casper family entity bought the former Kojak Ribs property on St. Pete’s Gandy Boulevard for $4.6 million. The building on the 1 acre property dates to 1927. The Casper family owns several restaurants in the area and was the largest McDonald’s franchisee in Florida until they sold their restaurants to McDonalds. The property is located at 2808 W. Gandy Blvd.
