Seefried Industrial Properties just bought a 65 acre site in South Hillsborough County to build a 500,000 sq ft distribution center for Home Depot. Home Depot has pre-leased the entire project. The $9.6 million parcel is located about 15 miles south of downtown Tampa (7075 U.S. Highway 41 S.). The project should be completed by September 2021.
