The Sirata Beach Resort, a 382 room luxury hotel, sold for $207 million. The hotel sits on a 13 acre parcel and the sale comes to $542,000 a room. Built in the 1960s, the Sirata is one of the largest hotels in Tampa Bay. The seller was Crescent Real Estate and the buyer was Columbia Sussex Corp. The Sirata is located at 5390 Gulf Blvd.
