EDGE Central Development Partners has secured unanimous City Council approval for redevelopment of former police station on Central Avenue. Plans include 100,000 sq ft of class A office space, 22,000 sq ft of retail space, 56 condos, 30 apartments, and a large parking garage. Construction work will begin in 2021 and the project will be complete in 2023. Jay Miller, a principal of EDGE Central Development Partners, indicated that new renderings featuring some design improvements will be released soon.
