Port 32 Marinas just bought several marinas, one of which was St. Pete’s Tierra Verde Marina that they bought for $18 million. The marina includes a 12,000 sq ft building with 500 boat slips on an 8 acre parcel. The marina was built in 1963 and is located at 230 Madonna Blvd.
