Camden Pier District Apartments have invested $2 million in an additional quarter acre parcel that will allow the facility to add 95 additional apartments. The addition will grow the community by about 27%. The $30 million project has already been approved by the Planning & Development Services Department. The community is now 99% occupied and is located at 330 3rd St. S.
